This fast growing deciduous Low Growing or Spreading Plant that can be trainded as a climber. However support from a trellis or wall will be required. White flowers apear in summer, against multicoloured foliage.


Prefers a well drained fertile soil. Plant in full sun against a wall that is sheltered from wind.


General Climber Planting and care

  • Water the Climber thoroughly and allow to drain fully
  • If the Climber is being planted in a lawn remove a circle of turf
  • Dig a hole twice the size of the pot being planted and fork over the base Adding a bucketful of planting compost
  • Remove the pot gently, if well rooted cut off the pot
  • Ensure that the top of the Root ball is level with the surrounding soil
  • Replace the remaining soil and heel in well
  • Water the Climber and area thoroughly, then again at least once a week during the first growing season
  • Apply some general fertiliser every spring
